At the beachside try the hip Buddha-Bar Beach where it’s all about the sushi - whether you pick the spicy salmon or the classic Californian, or even the wagyu steak sushi, they are all utterly delicious. The vibe is elegant yet laid back and the food is simply fantastic. Don’t miss the signature date pudding or a pot of mint tea to round off your evening.

Another must do? High tea at Ginori where you can sample a delicious cup of Darjeeling in beautiful china, a ‘tree’ covered in tiny, dainty parcels of amazing pastries - one prettier than the next - and the most delicious scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam - to rival any of Cornwall’s finest.
